This install of Raspbmc is only one day old. Is it the stick? Am I missing a driver or need an update? I'm making sure I don't boot the Pi with the memory stick connected, I'm plugging it in after it's started the gui as stated in a few forum threads. Still the same issue my Raspbmc doesn't see the drive when I connect it. I wondered if it could be the formatting of the drive, so have re-formatted it NTFS, and added some files. An iso file will be created in the form of cdr. Now, from the format menu, choose DVD/CD master. Go to file menu, select ‘New Image,’ and then click on ‘Image from boot’. Tried all combinations of disconnecting, re connecting, re-booting etc. Open ‘Disk Utility’ app and choose the partition you want to clone. Then things took a turn for the worse, and Raspbmc file manager wouldn't see the drive at all. Initially these played very well, but then my Raspbmc file manager stopped showing me the contents of the drive, although it was still shown as mounted.
